Through Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), CBT, and supportive guidance, we’ll gradually face the thoughts, urges, and situations you’ve been avoiding—without giving in to compulsions. You’ll learn how to tolerate discomfort, reduce rituals, and trust your ability to handle the uncertainty OCD creates. The goal is real, lasting relief and a life that feels bigger than your fears.

Parenthood: Navigating the perinatal and postpartum period
Becoming a parent is one of the most meaningful transitions in life --and also one of the most overwhelming. Even when you've planned for it, the emotional, physical, and identity shifts of pregnancy and early parenthood can bring up anxiety, intrusive thoughts, guilt, fear, or just a general sense that you're "not yourself." My work focuses on supporting new moms and dads navigate this overwhelming, joyful, and stressful time.
